Lushan blown and cast film products have good mechanical properties and printing properties. The main raw materials are PBAT/PLA, which can be completely degraded under composting conditions, and meet the international standards of bio-degradable materials: EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. According to the specific requirements of customers, we can adjust the formula.

Application: Shopping bags, packaging bags, bone bags, garbage bags, agricultural films, pet waste bags, etc.

Features: Excellent puncture resistance, heat sealing, and printing performance. Stiffness and gloss can be designed according to customers' requirements.

Lushan extruded sheets have good resistance to high and low temperatures. The main raw material is PBAT/PLA, which is completely degradable under composting conditions and meets the international standards of bio-degradable materials: EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. With good processing performance and excellent heat deformation resistance, the sheets are injection/blown molded into various food packaging products.

Application: All kinds of food packaging, disposable cutlery, blister cups, straws, etc.

Characteristics: Excellent heat resistance, thermo-plasticity and barrier properties.

Lushan 3D printing wire can print large-sized parts, with stable dimensions, smooth surface, and smooth printing process without smell. The main raw material is PLA, which is completely degradable under industrial composting conditions and meets the international standards of bio-degradable materials: EN 13432 and ASTM D6400. Its mechanical properties are better than ordinary PLA printing wire, e.g., the performance of elongation at break, impact strength and flexibility has been significantly improved.

Application: Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printing.

Characteristics: High toughness, low thermal shrinkage.
